“Control oil and you control nations; CONTROL FOOD AND YOU CONTROL THE PEOPLE” -Henry Kissinger
Henry Kissinger is one person I’m not sad is dead. In fact I’m quite elated.
Henry was touted as a benevolent visionary by people who are ignorant of his intentions. However, you can say he is a visionary. A visionary for world enslavement. Controlling the food supply is a definite way to control the people. I don’t want to get into the details in this article, but I suggest that you watch this video on Codex Alimentarius, if you would like to learn more about how governments use food to control the people and how they are able to do so.
Once you understand the plan of people like Henry Kissinger and his associates; you understand why people like Bill Gates would buy up vast amounts of farmland. I’m going to let you in on a little secret. It’s not because he wants to produce healthy food for humanity. The following Documentary Seeds of Death talks about the dangers of GMOs on the human body, and the environment.
After watching this you might want to note that Bill Gates has invested 23 million dollars in Monsanto, and as of now is one of the largest owners of farmland worldwide.
The deeper you go down the rabbit hole, the more you understand that the very people who claim to care so much about your health, are liars and actually are destroying your health. It becomes beyond frustrating as you attempt to forge a healthy lifestyle for yourself and your family. You can’t just go to the store and buy anything you please. This commitment to healthy lifestyle involves not only reading labels, but understanding fully what chemicals are in our food, and how it affects our bodies. To make things a little easier this holiday season, I will give you a heads up on some chemicals to look out for and some alternatives to make sure you have a tasty and healthy holiday dinner.
Avoid Gluten. The Glyphosate that is sprayed with wheat causes inflammation, aggravates and triggers autoimmune disorders. Instead of wheat-based pasta, opt for gluten free pasta, or use starchy vegetables like zucchini or spaghetti squash in lieu of pasta. Here is a recipe for Gluten Free Mac N Cheese
Before you make that potato salad or mashed potatoes. Make sure your potatoes are organic and Non-GMO. Red Potatoes have more moisture and less starch. They are great for mashing because they are naturally smooth and creamy.
Collard Greens are a great source of VitaminA and C removes toxins from the body, Helps with blood clotting, maintains healthy blood pressure levels, among other benefits. Try this Coconut Braised Collard Greens recipe
A Holiday Dinner is not complete without a turkey. Some farm animals are fed antibiotics and hormones which are extremely unhealthy for human consumption. Antibiotics are linked to weight gain and hormones that animals are pumped with affect our hormones negatively when we consume their meat. Before you try this mouthwatering turkey recipe below, Make sure you get an pasture-raised, non-vegetarian turkey that is antibiotic and hormone free.
Here is more information on how to choose a healthy turkey.
And last but not least, the long awaited apple pie for desert. Make sure you use a gluten-free crust and organic apples.
And for breakfast don’t forget Cousin T’s Gluten Free Pancake Mix. He also sells syrup with no high fructose corn syrup.
